Privacy Policy
MixMatch is run by Innovfix Private Limited, Bangalore. Here is what the app keeps about you, why, and how to stay safe while you play. MixMatch is for people aged 18 and over.
What we keep
Your mobile number, which is how you sign in. Your name, avatar, gender and languages, so we can find you players who speak your language. Your voice introduction and short clips of your speaking turns, which help us keep games real and safe. Messages you send in chat.
Your coins and the payments you make. Payments are handled by trusted payment partners (Razorpay and PhonePe) - we never see your card details or UPI PIN.
If you withdraw your earnings: your PAN, and your bank account or UPI ID, so we can pay you and follow tax rules.
What we never do
We do not record games. We do not read your chats unless you report something. Other players see only your name and avatar - never your number. We never sell your personal details, and we never share your number, chats or voice with anyone.
Your voice
The introduction you record at sign-up is checked automatically, and listened to by a person only if that check is unclear. Your speaking turns in games are checked the same way. A clip that sounds like you is deleted straight away; one that does not is kept until a person has reviewed it, and never longer than 30 days.
Stay safe while you play
Keep your personal details to yourself. Please don't share your phone number, address, bank details, OTP or passwords with other players - in chat, in a game or anywhere else. Chat already stops phone numbers being sent.
MixMatch will never ask for your OTP, UPI PIN or password. If someone makes you uncomfortable, block them from their profile in the game and they will never be matched with you again. You can also tell us in Help & Support and our team will look into it.
Deleting your account
Go to Profile → Account Privacy → Delete Account in the app, and a person reads the request. When it is carried out, your name, number, avatar, recordings and chats are removed. You can also write to us at the email below to ask.
